Topdressing is the process of adding organic material over turf in thin layers. This improves the health of the soil, which results in a healthier turf. Topdressing improves the organics and water retention properties without disturbing the growing plants. It works like fertilizer, but provides more benefits long term.

After aerating the turf to open up the soil, we use our blower truck or compost spreader to distribute a mixture of sand, soil, and compost that will settle through the grass blades and reach the roots for optimal results. We provide this service for both residential and commercial lawns.
